The Male Massage: A Ladies Guide

Many married and attached women look for different ways to deepen their connections with their men. Learning the best way to give your male massages can be a great way to strengthen the relationship. You don’t need any formal massage training or expensive massagers just following these simple techniques can be sensuous and give the overall connection between you and your guy a nice boost.

Things You Need for Male Massage Therapy:

-Massage oil or lotion
-A warm, comfortable room
-Scented candles (optional)
-At least 20-30 uninterrupted minutes

Setting the Scene

Set the scene by choosing the location (bed, couch, etc) and the products you will use. You can easily buy the oils from the drugstore, or purchase them from specialty stores that sell aromatherapy or body products.

If you know your partner is not into oils, use an oil-based lotion product or a massage lotion. If desired, use candles scented with lavender. The scent of lavender promotes relaxation and overall well-being.

Setting the mood helps with relaxation

Starting from the Top

Start by having your man rest his head in your lap. You can use a pillow for comfort. Begin by softly scratching his scalp with your fingertips.

Next, slowly move your fingers to his temples and rub in a circular motion to relieve tension. Rub some oil on your hands and move to the back of his neck. Place a hand on each side of the vertebrae.

Work your hands in a circular motion from the base of the scalp to the bottom of the neck. Spend at least 5 to 10 minutes massaging this area.

Move to the Middle

Slowly move you’re hands down to his belly area. Put more oil on your hands and using firm, but relaxed hands, in a circular motion, rub the area surrounding his belly button. Be sure not to touch the belly button as this area is sensitive and can disrupt relaxation.

Finish With the Back

Have your man roll over to his belly. This time put a few drops of oil directly on his back. Similar to the back of the neck, place your one hand on each side of the vertebrae.

Start from the lower back and stroke upward and outward toward the outer shoulders in a circular motion until you have come back to the lower back. Repeat this process until any tension is released, or until he tells you to stop.

The “male massage” can help to grow a deeper connection between you and your man. Once you have followed these steps he will do whatever you want. Now we just need to get your man to give you massages!
