Wearing glasses isn’t so much as hassle or pain in everyday life. Most people, like me, that wear glasses have done so for many years and it has become second nature. There are only a few times when having to rely on glasses becomes inconvenient.
Swimming, scuba diving or snorkeling is just some of the activities that you just can’t do with glasses. Maybe if you wore goggles over your glasses then you could see but it would be very uncomfortable. Another option is to have a pair of prescription goggles that you can wear in the water. I realize that this is an expensive option and it is only for those that swim constantly. I personally don’t like contacts so that option is out for me but it may be right for you.
Wearing glasses does tend to limit the activities that I do. Even while I am being active the care of my glasses are at the front of my mind. Picking up a pair of prescription goggles or sports glasses seem to be the best option for me if I want to see while I enjoy a wide range of physical activities.
