Can I Be Acne Free In 3 Days?

Getting rid of acne in 3 days sounds like a miracle, right? How many of us would give untold amounts of our hard earned cash to be rid of our acne forever? No more pimples, zits, whiteheads, blackheads, or gross pustules to look at in the mirror.

The answer is that you can temporarily get rid of acne in 3 days but to sustain such results it takes a lot of discipline for the rest of your life or the acne will come back. I want to look at doing away with acne for good or at least how to live a life that will be an environment for fewer breakouts.

There are several influential factors that can contribute to breakouts. A few of these factors are; over production of sebum from the sebaceous glands, too much sugar in your diet, dead skin cells that aren’t cleaned off properly, over use of hair gel or make-up that isn’t properly removed, and sweat that is left on the skin for too long. The one thing most of these causes have in common are that they clog the skin’s pores, save for eating too much sugar. Once a pore is clogged it becomes an environment for bacteria to grow. Acne is the body’s way of getting rid of these bacteria and cleansing itself of impurities.

 Because there are so many factors that can influence the growth of acne this means that there isn’t a one size fits all cure for the breakout. This is why so many people can have varying results from the using acne treatments that are available. We are not doctors so learning how to get rid of pimples can be a chore. It can also be very discouraging to use an acne treatment that someone else used and had great results with but it does nothing for your own acne.

Acne Free in 3 Days

There is hope in the fight against Acne.

One way to determine what works for your acne is to go through a detox phase for a week. Detox is used to cleanse the body of unhealthy toxins that it has accumulated from our daily unhealthy habits like smoking or eating fries. It is recommended to do this once a year to help clean your system, like getting an oil change for your car.

In this cleansing period it is good to drink 6 glasses of water a day as well a glass or two of green tea to help flush toxins out of the liver. As far as food is concerned you need to eat foods that are high in fiber. Some examples are brown rice, apples, raspberries, bananas, oranges, whole grain spaghetti, oat bran muffins, and black beans. Don’t forget to exercise either. Jumping rope, swimming, walking and yoga for one hour a day during this period will help the cleansing process.

Following a cleansing period for 7 days once a year will drastically reduce the frequency of outbreaks by promoting a healthy environment that bacterium cannot survive in. If you still have pimples then you at least know that your acne may be caused by other factors and over the counter acne remedies may work great to prevent your outbreaks.
