A few years ago I decided to start going to a dentist regularly. I was paying for dental insurance and thought I might as well get the free teeth cleaning. When I went to see the dentist one of the first questions he asked me was am I happy with my smile. I have a large gap between my two front teeth and some space in-between the other top teeth as well.

This was a non-direct way of asking me if I wanted my gap fixed. I looked at him, smiled and said no I like my smile. I knew that if I said yes I would be on my way to getting teeth braces. Thankfully there are dental procedures that can straighten our teeth but I feel that my gap adds personality to my smile and my wife agrees. I think I will be keeping it thank you very much.
